I feel bad writing things we didn’t like however the property has so much potential and if it made some small changes it
The property had a great outdoor area and is spacious There is also a walking path to the marina it took us about 20 mins the path is flat and can be accessed from the pedestrian crossing along from the spar shop Owner/property manager had good communication
Needs updated and a bit of love I do think the pillows/bedding quality should match the price of the rental Upstairs was fine but the basement area/bedroom was dark and just a bit dated. Kitchen utensils need updated and it would be nice if there was condiments & BBQ charcoals supplied like most other rented apartments Slight issue with electrics however this was looked at promptly

The Air-conditioning in the bedroom on first floor that has the balcony looking on to the pool didn’t work at all. Otherwise we loved our stay in Vila Rose

Comfortable spacious villa with great pool
Beautiful outside space and pool, great location if a little noisy at night due to traffic
The air conditioning unit in upstairs bedroom broke in first night and could not be repaired before our week was over.
