    Apart from a couple of things the villa and location was superb.

    location excellent.Facilities at villa fantastic.Very spacious villa with plenty of bathrooms.Outlook is superb over the Pinhal golf course 13th tee.Supermarket 2 minutes away.Bars and restaurants very close as well.Beach is 5 minutes by taxi.Taxis very cheap.Lovely quiet area at the end of cul de sac.

    Gave one of the answers just below excellent because for very few euros they could buy two pool cues which were cracked and wrapped with tape.Lights at night weren’t working around pool seemed to need new bulbs.As regards security the patio doors in the lounge downstairs and the main bedroom upstairs don’t lock which has already been mentioned by previous visitors on reviews so should have been done by now.The bedroom terrace door requires a gorilla to slide shut as it is basically jammed.Didn’t want this to sound negative but for security it’s important.

    The property was satisfactory but the management company were very poor. No bath plug was supplied when a bath was adver

    The size was excellent and the pool and garden were very entertaining for the teenagers

    It’s tired, needs painting on the exterior and a lot of the sliding doors and windows need replacing. Generally tired and needs updating.

    Good property, good outdoors set up, good location, very poor rental company as if you have any problems or called to a

    We liked the location and layout of the property. Loved the outdoor games and seating areas.

    We did not like the fact that we had to ask for extra pillow cases as the pillows didn’t have anything on them. The outside was very dirty, covered in leaves ants and dirt. The sun loungers had 2 split cushion pads on and the other 4 loungers didn’t have anything on them. We did think that staying for 11 nights we would have a mid stay bedding and towel change but this didn’t happen. The staff from homing were very unhelpful and rude which is a shame as if it wasn’t for the rental company we would have chosen to stay at the same property again.
