    Rudeness and lack of professionalism in customer service

    The guests were pleased with several things. However, the bad taste left after the inconvenience was resolved spoiled their overall delight with the place. The lack of respect for customers is the worst approach the company managing this property has taken. The apartment owners should demand compensation for this type of treatment and immediately terminate their relationship with the people responsible for running the property. In 20 years, I haven't encountered such poor customer service. It's as if there were no consequences. It's sad and unfortunate.

    The rental agency's arrogant communication style. No response to the guest's deposit after checkout. No invoice for the service provided. After payment, the client is treated as if they were unimportant.
