Hem passat un cap de setmana excel·lent! El lloc és molt bonic i està ple d’espais per gaudir en família i amb els nens. L’entorn és preciós i l’atenció al client ha estat de 10 per part de tothom (recepció, bufet, etc.). En especial, el meu petit (Marcel) i jo volem agrair de tot cor la feina de l’equip d’animació! Pau i tot l’equip: SOU GENIALS! 🥰🎉 Ens ho hem passat molt bé i, sens dubte, ens veiem aviat! ❤️

Decepcionante.
El entorno es bonito dentro de un sistema montañoso. La comida era buena y con variedad para mi gusto y los camareros y camareras atentos en su mayoría.
Casi todo, deberían especificar q es exclusivamente para familias con niños ya que si buscáis tranquilidad, ni se os ocurra venir, no hay tranquilidad ni sosiego en ninguna ubicación del hotel. La limpieza justita. El personal del restaurante en su mayoría eran amables pero en recepción no y en el bar menos. Teníamos pensión completa y te hacen quedarte para la comida el dia q sales con lo cual si el check out, es a las 11 hasta la 13 no puedes comer asi q te tienes q aguantar. Les comenté de cambiar la comida del domingo al sábado y me dijeron incomprensiblemente q no podían, algo absurdo. Yo no creo q vuelva la verdad y eso de 4 estrellas ni de broma. Instalaciones dejadas y viejas asi como las habitaciones.
