    Pagato e non entrato

    Ho prenotato e pagato 2 notti in questa struttura. Arrivato chiedo per il check in. Risposta : finché non abbiamo ricevuto la caparra di garanzia di 80 euro non puoi entrare. Ma io ho fatto il bonifico bancario ieri. Risposta: finché non abbiamo in mano il denaro non puoi entrare. Io vi do ulteriori 80 euro in contanti. Risposta: non prendiamo denaro in contanti. Io ho mandato la fotocopia del bonifico. Nessuna risposta. Sono andato a dormire in hotel. A tutt'oggi non mi hanno reso gli 80 euro di caparra. Ora decidete voi....
