    Emplacement de rêve mais villa vieillissante…

    L’emplacement est incroyable, sur une magnifique plage, la maison est extrêmement grande

    L’environnement proche est absolument horrible : chantier d’un lotissement à l’arrêt derrière la résidence, bâtiment et piscine désaffectés à l’entrée de la résidence, il faut faire abstraction de cela… et regarder devant la maison. Les finitions intérieures de la maison laissent à désirer et sont pas dégradées : tuyau qui passe au milieu de la salle de bains, bac de douche très abîmé avec vitre manquante. Les matelas sont extrêmement durs et les draps en nylon. « Villa deluxe «  est une appellation trompeuse, heureusement l’emplacement et la vue compensent tout cela.

    Bellissima esperienza.

    Struttura spaziosa, attrezzata e pulita. Posizione fantastica a pochi passi dal mare. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità.
