Chambre propre. Propriétaires sympathiques même si au départ la propriétaire ne voulait rien nous préparer pour le petit déjeuner alors qu’elle nous a dit qu’elle se lève très tôt…. Elle a fini par nous mettre une banane coupée dans une boîte avec un tout petit peu de yaourt. Les gens qui vont dans cet endroit prennent l’avion très tôt le matin…. Il devrait y avoir des boites à emporter. J’avais choisi cet endroit parce qu’une personne avait noté en commentaire qu’on lui avait préparé un petit déjeuné alors qu’il était très tôt….

Wonderful stay and lovely hosts
Wonderful stay! The hosts are amazing and very friendly. They even took me to a restaurant near by to get some food because Uber Eats was lagging. The rooms are very comfy and clean. Bonus points for the two little doggies at the property. Overall the area feels pretty safe and goes to show that Guayaquil is not as unsafe as people like to portray it. Would definitely come back to this property!

Confort y seguridad
Fácil registro, no tener que pagar a la hora del registro y la cordialidad y atencion de la persona encargada, hizo todo el proceso muy descompensado y accesible.
No poder acceder con facilidad a las instalaciones por la existencia de rejas con llave. Pero por la situacion de seguridad es entendible.

Nice stay in Guayaquil
Good location. Close to the airport and the central mall. A tidy room, air conditioning. Water available for coffee or tea, and a common sitting area. Good water pressure and an enjoyable time. Just a note…it can be noisy but that’s not the hotels fault.
