Very disappointing stay - poor value for money

The listing was misleading and did not match reality. The villa looks much larger, more spacious, and more impressive in the photos than it actually is, and there is very limited storage space for clothes and luggage. The main issue was that our booking was confirmed for 9 guests and the property was advertised as suitable for 10 people, but in reality there were proper beds for only 8 people. The ninth guest was expected to sleep on a regular sofa, which was not disclosed in the listing or in the bed configuration at the time of booking. There were also other problems: large towels were missing, there was no hot water on the lower floor, a curtain in one of the rooms was broken and could not be closed, and the main balcony light was not working. The owner was not sufficiently responsive or helpful in resolving the issues and did not offer a reasonable solution. Considering the high price we paid, the experience was very disappointing and the property did not match what was advertised!!!
