  Sadly disappointing

  The pool is wonderful, large and heated. The villa is a good size and the private secure parking is great. Washing machine and dishwasher good to have. Dining tables inside and outside to enjoy your meals. Host was good and contactable.

  The Villa had not be cleaned properly before our stay. My wife had to clean it. We arrived to find we had no towels but this was quickly remedied with a quick message to the host who had the cleaners drop them off later while we were out. Wish we had of been in we could have showed them how dirty the place was. The towels were clean but very worn with some holes in which was not good. The twin bedded room had not been made up even though the villa sleeps 5. Sometimes its good to have the option of sleeping in separate rooms which is why we pick a 2 bedroom villa. Next morning we noticed a bad smell and leak in the newly renovated bathroom and found the toilet was leaking dirty water. Told host who had plumbers come round later to fix. It was not fixed properly and still leaked but did not smell as bad. Screen around pool had dirty hand prints all over it. Cat poo on grass in various places. The villa is not like the pictures on website. Rooms are basic without pictures on the wall etc. No trees in garden just plain brick walls (trees cut to stumps). No parasol to use as shade. Overall the villa looks like it is run purely as a business with no personal touches like fluffy towels, homely feel, no salt or spices or oil etc. Not even a bottle of water on arrival. TV was too old to support Netflix. All these little things let it down. Feel sorry for the host as it is the letting agency and cleaners who let this place down. With some personal care this could be a fantastic villa but unfortunately we felt let down for what we paid and will not return.

  We had an amazing stay, great outdoor area, pool was heated and a great size. Great communication with owner..

  Outdoor area was fantastic for little ones (especially as the pool is gated), the pool is heated and a great size.

  A bit worn and dated in areas, could do with new beds in the twin rooms. Loungers are uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have spare bedding, pillows and quilts. This should not let anyone be put off though as we had a great stay, just suggestions for the owner to consider for the future.

  The property was clean . Just 10 mins walk down to the main promenade, Pretty much in a central location to the promenade, There is plenty of outside for your kids to play , The pool is very secure , Once the gate is locked it can only be opened from the inside by an adult , One of the main things for us was that the villa is not overlooked at all , Total privacy. We were in contact with the owners who were extremely efficient, Lovely people , Already booked for October, Thank you for a lovely stay Trev and Kath
