The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which was disappointing. The check-in and check-out process was quite unprofessional. I had informed the host that I would arrive within the allowed check-in window, yet I was asked to come earlier if possible because my original time was considered “late.” I accommodated this request, but I still had to wait upon arrival. For check-out, I clearly stated I would leave at 10:00 (the latest allowed time). Despite this, someone arrived at 9:30, rang the doorbell, and asked if we were leaving. As we started loading the car, she stood outside watching us, which felt intrusive and made us feel rushed with no privacy. Between the cleanliness issues and the unprofessional handling of check-in and check-out, the stay was far less comfortable than expected.
