  Schöne Unterkunft mit Einschränkung

  Die Unterkunft selbst ist wie im Angebot beschrieben und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene ( 2 Paare, eine Einzelperson ) und hatten 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Es war alles sehr sauber und für uns passend. Der Pool war jahreszeitlich bedingt sehr sehr kühl.

  Wir reisten mit zwei PKW‘s, einem Anhänger und drei Motorrädern an. Im Voraus hatten wir angefragt, wie die Parksituation im bzw. am Haus sei. Die Auskunft war, außer dem Anhänger kann alles auf dem Gelände geparkt werden. Leider ist dies nicht möglich. Das Haus hat eine extreme Hanglage. Mit den Autos war das Befahren des Gründstücks unmöglich und mit den Motorrädern eine Mutprobe. Die Zufahrtswege zum Haus sind ebenfalls sehr waghalsig . Alles Schotter und extrem staubig. Mit den Motorrädern war die An- und Abfahrt jeden Tag schwierig. Zum Haus musste das gesamte Gepäck über 41 sehr steile Stufen transportiert werden.

  "We spent a marvelous week here this past June. The villa is nestled in a beautiful, quiet hillside location offering breathtaking views. This environment is tailor-made for families with children seeking privacy and tranquility. Our host, Gigliola, was incredibly kind and helpful. The pool was fantastic – if it were up to the kids, they would have stayed in it all day :) The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday."

  "Nothing negative comes to mind. In past reviews, I noticed some guests complaining about the access road. However, since it's easy to prepare for this ahead of time and rent a suitable car, we didn’t find it bothersome at all. On the contrary, it simply added to the local character."

  Excellent property, clean and well maintained. Fantastic pool and we had everything we needed for our stay.

  The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. The host Gigliola was fantastic and we had a lovely stay.

  We liked the property a great deal. Getting around the area you had to have a car which we did so was not a problem.

  Some reviews on Booking.com mentioned that the road leading to the villa is terrible. For our family, however, it was not a problem at all. It's just a normal road with breathtaking views along the way. There's really no need to worry about it. The villa offers stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Inside, it stays pleasantly cool, and there is also air conditioning if needed. The villa is exceptionally well equipped – absolutely everything you could need is provided, with great attention to even the smallest details. The swimming pool was the perfect way to cool off during the hot weather. Our child absolutely loved it! The water was warm, and the pool is beautifully lit in the evenings, creating a lovely atmosphere. The villa also provides everything you need for the beach, including beach equipment and swimming toys for children. There are two beaches near the villa. One can be reached by walking down about 200 steps. Our 5-year-old managed them without any difficulty. We personally preferred the other beach, which is just a 2-minute drive or a 12-minute walk away. It has beautiful turquoise water and soft sand. There are also two beach bars where you can enjoy food and drinks. There is a small shop near the villa on the beach side, where we did our daily shopping, and a larger supermarket is only about 10 km away. The location is excellent as well. Villasimius is on one side and Cagliari on the other, both easily accessible by car. The surrounding beaches are absolutely beautiful, and the sea was wonderfully warm. We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and there was even a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us in the villa. We will definitely be coming back!
