We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Aegea and would highly recommend this property.
The property was absolutely gorgeous and the photos don’t do it justice. Spectacular pool, outstanding views and landscaped yards, fantastic location and an incredible, responsive host.

Absoluter Traumurlaub – Perfektion von A bis Z! Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das gesamte Ambiente und die Lage der Villa Aegaes sind einfach traumhaft – live noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Herzlicher Empfang & Gastfreundschaft Da wir erst sehr spät ankamen, haben die Gastgeber uns mit zwei riesigen, köstlichen Antipasti-Platten überrascht, damit wir nach der Reise direkt etwas essen konnten. Auch unsere Vorab-Bitte, ein paar Bier kaltzustellen, wurde wie selbstverständlich umgesetzt. Theo ist ein aufmerksamer, unglaublich höflicher Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Er und seine zuckersüße Familie tun alles, um einem den besten Urlaub der Welt zu bescheren. Ausstattung & Highlights Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen: Küche & Genuss: Eiswürfelmaschine, Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher und eine tolle Weinauswahl. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp: Das hauseigene Olivenöl, das man nur als Gast kaufen kann, ist absolute Spitzenklasse! Poolbereich: Ein riesiger Pool mit eigener Treppe (perfekt zum Einsteigen), eigenem Sprungbrett und – ein riesiger Pluspunkt für Familien – einem Sicherheitszaun drumherum. Außenbereich: Die Dachterrasse bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf das Meer. Die Sonnenuntergänge von dort oben suchen ihresgleichen! Ein weiteres Highlight ist die süße Hausschildkröte „Friede“, die uns allen viel Freude bereitet hat. Sauberkeit, Barrierefreiheit & Kinderfreundlichkeit Alles war absolut blitzsauber und perfekt vorbereitet. Das Kinderbett war nagelneu und liebevoll frisch bezogen. Die Villa ist ohne Ende kinderfreundlich und auch die Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen in unserer Gruppe hatten keinerlei Schwierigkeiten – alles ist wunderbar zugänglich. Lage Die Villa liegt nur ca. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, was die Anreise super entspannt macht. Das Beste daran: Man hört absolut keinen einzigen Fluglärm!

A stunning house with a welcoming host and a perfect location near the beach.
We absolutely loved our stay. The house itself is stunning, and the grounds were perfectly clean and maintained. Our host was wonderful, always quick to respond and made us feel right at home. I had to work one day, and the WiFi was more than adequate for video calls, which was a huge relief. The location is ideal, with the beach and a great selection of restaurants just a stone's throw away. This proximity to mountains and the beach is so rare and makes the location unique. There is also a visiting turtle that shows up from time to time and loves grapes!

Awesome luxury stay! Totally worth it!
The whole experience at Villa Aegea was exceptional. The villa was exactly what we saw in the pictures and even better. It is very well taken care of, super clean and has every comfort you can think of. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The grounds, pool and views were awesome! Of all the places I have stayed at this was by far the most well stocked!! We were constantly pleasantly surprised by what we discovered! It truly has everything you need! We were a party of 9 and there was more than enough space to accommodate all of us! Whether we wanted to be together or retreat for some quiet time. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every aspect of the accommodations! Everyone was super happy! The villa is very close to Kalamata and is at a great spot for excursions. Theo was a great and gracious host. He responded quickly to every question (before and during our stay) and provided great recos for the area. He welcomed us with his mother who gave us the full tour and explained everything we needed to know. They were wonderful, welcoming and made us feel at home. I can't say enough about the villa and our hosts. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing and luxurious vacation. Looking forward to visiting again!
