  Villa was wonderful and comfortable, fully equipped

  Hosts met us upon arrival, even though our flight was delayed 5 hours, and we got there very late at night. Dimitra and Nikos were such lovely, warm, and helpful hosts, with wonderful local tips, and having provided all the necessary things for our vacation, considering our special situation too! Your warm home, your neighborhood beach - 100 steps away, your vibrant town, and your amazing island were all very good to us, kind and generous, with a loving welcome and hospitality! YOU have definitely made our vacation so much more pleasant and memorable!!! 🇬🇷🪬

  Host Nikos and his wife were amazing with my family! they even bought a birthday cake for my dad! great hospitality and a beautiful villa!

  Fantastic location, spotless villa, and unforgettable hospitality.

  We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aeras and loved everything about it. The villa is just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea every day. It has everything you need for a comfortable family stay, and the space was spotlessly clean throughout our visit. A special mention goes to our host, Nikos, and his wife, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Supermarkets and other conveniences are all nearby, so we never had to go far for anything. The beach itself is beautiful, and combined with the villa's location, it made for a truly relaxing holiday. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, well-located base 10 min drive from Chania!

  Nikos and his wife are fantastic hosts. They were readily available for help with the property or recommendations for food/sites. The house is very well equipped and in a great location. Can't wait to return!

  Incredible hospitality!! Nikos was probably the best host we have ever experienced! Nikos went out of his way with everything! Lovely treats, wine, beer, and fruit so much! We felt very welcomed !
