    Unterkunft mit schönem Ostseeblick, aber kleinen Mängeln

    Lage sehr schön, toller Ausblick aus der Loggia. Ausstattung in der Küche gut und vollständig. Nette Übergabe der Wohnungsschlüssel. Strandkorb inklusive, das war sehr schön.

    Bett sehr unbequem, sehr hart und recht flach. Sauberkeit ließ gerade in der Loggia zu wünschen übrig. Auf Fensterbrett allerlei Schmutz und tote Insekten. Rollos waren für kleine Menschen schwer zu bedienen, da sehr hoch aufgehängt. Gleiches gilt für das Badezimmerfenster und die Zahnputzbecher.

    Beste Strandlage mit gemütlichem Appartment in historischem Bäderarchitektur-Ambiente! Top Location!

    Das Appartment in der Villa Agnes ist in Bestlage, direkt am Strand unweit dem pulsierenden Zentrum von Binz. Die Villa ein Aushängeschild historischer Ostsee-Bäderarchitektur. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber gewesen, sehr gemütlich mit Ostsee-Flair eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattete Küche, schöne Loggia mit Meerblick und dazu ein ausreichend großer Stellplatz direkt im Hinterhof an der Villa, wo auch ein SUV geparkt werden kann. Das Sahnehäubchen war der Strandkorb am Strandabgang 4, also auch nur ein Steinwurf von der Villa entfernt. Obendrein waren die Vermieter ausgesprochen nett, ich habe mich hier sofort herzlich willkommen gefühlt.
