  Amazing house in a great location that is being done a disservice by poor management.

  Pool, location and air-conditioning are all great.

  The house has a ton of potential but management really needs a lesson in management. When we arrived, the driveway gate was already open, the floors were wet (like the cleaners had forgotten to mop), scattered cigarette butts by the pool and no hand soap in any bathroom. When the team came to clean halfway through our weeklong stay (without telling us in advance they would be coming), they did not clean two bedrooms and one bathroom because, absurdly, "they could not get access". Not properly setup for the 8 people it is supposed to accommodate - six water glasses, not enough wine glasses, two umbrellas by the pool with one inexplicably removed.

  Absolutely everything! The house is very spacious and comfortable. The views are breathtaking

  A villa kertje, a medence fantasztikus kilátással az öbölre. A ház tágas, a szobák elrendezése is nagyon jó volt. Teraszok, kerti bútorok, igazán hangulatos volt.

  A konyhából hiányzott egy mikrohullámú sütő, egyébként nekünk megfelelő volt a berendezés. A strand gyalog nehezen megközelíthető, autóval pár perc valóban, de a leírás nem volt egyértelmű.

  We had a wonderful time, peaceful and enjoyable with a fantastic view from the pool

  The location and view were wonderful, really appreciated the aircon. Beautifully done up. The pool was a plus with its fantastic view.

  Could have had a larger selection of cooking pans. The showers could have been better as they kept flooding the bathrooms and did flood the hall and kitchen. The entrance from the road needs to have a bit of work done to make the transition better as it is not good for cars.

  A lovely, spacious villa, well equipped, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, lovely pool and outside area, with an incredible panoramic view across the Gulf of Argostoli. A quiet location but a short drive to Lixouri and the beaches on the South coast. There is also a small beach that can be seen from the villa closely and can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, which is ideal for a morning swim and coffee at the Taverna. A minor issue with a blocked shower was sorted out quickly. We would love to return one day.

  Some of the plates and bowls were a bit chipped and need replacing. A microwave would be a useful addition to the kitchen equipment. These are minor issues and didn't detract from the overall stay
