  Overall we had a lovely stay due to the location and hope that the property is upgraded as we would have expected more f

  The villa was in an excellent location for local restaurants and beach and being right on the seafront had amazing views. The villa was spacious, well equipped and had good aircon.

  The villa was dated and slightly shabby with peeling paint, dirty ill fitting curtains and could do with a good clean. The pool although beautiful was showing its age with tiles missing and didn’t appear to have been cleaned prior to our visit. The decking was loose and dangerous and steps were fenced off. There were rats in the garden and on the patio which we reported and maintenance came and put down rat poison. We didn’t see the rats again. The Wi-Fi didn’t work when we arrived and the instructions for it were incorrect referring to an unused Wi-Fi. Confirmed by Jennifer when she came to look at it. It was fixed. Staff from holidays menorca were helpful and quick to respond.

  An enjoyable relaxing holiday despite problems

  Location with sea views is wonderful and walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and beach yet quiet location.

  Needs a little more tender loving care in maintenance and repair. Electricity kept tripping and sink blocked due to faulty pump which replaced; patio and property needed several repairs; DVD not working, plus a few other things Very hard mattresses on beds made it difficult to sleep despite toppers being provided.

  Nice & chilled villa, perfect for catching up with friends

  This was our second time staying at Villa Aire, and it won't be our last! The villa is in a fantastic location, with lovely views. Inside was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms and living space were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space is excellent. We really enjoyed eating outside, lazing on the decking, and cooling off in the pool. The BBQ is also good, I think we used it every day!

  Only a few minor things. Some cushions were missing from the seats outside. The kitchen could use a new wine bottle opener. There was an issue with the terrace lights on the last night; a fuse kept tripping whenever we turned them on.
