στο αμεσο μελλον πιστευω να ολοκληρωθει σαν ονειροσπιτο...θελει λιγο ακομα παραπανω δουλεια εχει απιστευτες προοπτικες μπραβο στους ιδιοκτητες για την επιλογη τους στο σημειο βρισκεται το καταλυμα εχει πορεια ακομα..

The place itself has potential, but the maintenance and cleanliness was very much lacking.
The view and the access to the sea is the main positive about this property.
Arriving in the evening was a bit difficult because there are zero lights outside the house. You need to use flashlights to walk through the pathway to get to the house behind the trees. The house was not properly cleaned both inside and out. There were many insects, which would be normal to expect outside given that the house is surrounded by many trees. But there were cobwebs in the house and insects in the shower and on our pillows. The kitchen appliances and equipment were not clean and the furniture in the living room were dusty. Since there was no air conditioning units in the rooms, they provided us with 3 electric fans. However, all were very dusty and one was not working, so there were only 2 small fans for four of us. None of the rooms had any curtains so if you wanted some privacy, you would have to close the shutters, but this would make the room feel too hot.

Petite maison sur la plage dommage que l accès soit un peu compliqué et les nuits sont chaudes la climatisation serai un vrai plus.
