  I dont not recomand this place to anyone and i will never return . Dont give the money for this property

  The only thing i liked was the entrance with its beautiful tuscan style.

  The bathroom did not even have basic hygiene products, there were no pool towels available, and when I asked for them, I was told to use the shower towels from my room. There was not even a bottle of water provided in the room. The service was absolutely non-existent. Our room was on the second floor, and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a nightmare. There was no assistance or consideration from the host. What was even worse was the owner’s attitude. After I left a negative review, he started shouting at me, insulting me, saying that I had “mental problems” and that I was “crazy,” asking me how I dared to write a negative review. Such behavior towards a paying guest is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Another unpleasant situation happened when I took two glasses from the living area and was questioned aggressively about how I could take them without permission, as if guests are not allowed to use basic facilities. I paid a lot of money for a stay that was absolutely not worth the price. Poor cleanliness, zero hospitality, terrible customer service, and an aggressive attitude from the owner made this one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never return.
