  Une villa « amazing » où tout est au service d’un séjour parfait !

  Une villa « amazing » ! La maison est très fonctionnelle tout d’abord, et très bien équipée. Présence de salles d’eau dans chaque chambre qui est un vrai plus. La terrasse géniale, le jardin et le must, la piscine, un havre de paix pour passer un super séjour. Maison très propre. En prime, un super accueil de notre hotel, avec des douceurs qui nous attendaient pour bien commencer nos vacances.

  Amazing villa for large groups

  We loved Villa Alcalde and had a great stay. The house is very big, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub are really nice too. It was in a good location, the area was quiet with a lovely view.

  Very spacious..very comfortable beds..pool area well equipped for both sun and shade. Hosts were very attentive without being intrusive. We were a family group of mixed ages and everyone was catered for.

  A little bit step heavy if you have mobility issues but not unmanageable.

  Pool was a decent size. Beds were mostly comfortable.

  No spa bath as advertised. pictures on booking com/ villa website about 10 years old if not older. No view from pool - pool sunken 8 foot. Pool table shabby, cloth stained and covered in bird poo. Tree been set on fire, huge branch cut off and left in garden. Pool loungers not same as advertised. Table chairs in garden rotten, if not replaced could have atleast had coat varnish. 2 chairs slats missing from seat part. Pool scummy/mildew mould all around perimeter. Several cockroaches in 4 days (management company said ground had been treated week before and they head for inside). Do not believe this as grounds outside filthy. No power washing or jet cleaning was done before arrival not even any sweeping. Pool area slippy on first day, at an angle can see load footprints and grease clearly from previous guests. Veranda loose floor boards which if broke would be straight down to concrete 10 foot below. Balcony very unstable (all wooden). Paint peeling. Pillars by pool cracked, split, patchy - whole villa in desperate need of a paint job and tidy. ALL downstairs showers flooding in middle of night. Water rising up out of the shower drain. Resorted to having to cover these with towels. Towels which are soaked right through in the morning. Stinking drains every night (not sure if this is down to rural area or not). Annex room (3 single beds). Smelt of damp whole time. We couldn’t use this room. Even bedding smelt which makes me think this wasn’t put on fresh the day we arrived. Fire residue all over wall never been cleaned

  La villa est idéalement située comme point de départ pour visiter l île. Elle est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Nous étions 12 et chacun pouvait trouver un coin pour s'isoler, soit je jaccuzi, la piscine, les salons extérieurs sur l immense terrasse ou dans le jardin. Le salon télévision a bcp plu aux 2 petites (3 et 7ans) qui l avait adopté pour jouer . Nous étions tranquilles et elles aussi 😀. Je recommande à 100% Sans oublier le plateau de bienvenue avec du vin, des gâteaux etc....

  Rien où s'il faut critiquer quelque chose.....le lave vaisselle mais peut-être était il trop chargé et pas de sèche linge annoncé sur le liste. Mais ce n'est pas très grave.
