We enjoyed our stay in Malta, but probably would return to this property unless it was improved massively, when paying t

Location was convenient for food supplies, nice views too, large rooms so plenty of room for large parties.

The property wasn’t in best state of repair, lacked the extra touches needed like: welcome pack, instruction books, information pack and toiletries to name a few things.

Perfectly located and spacious villa; ideal for a large group.

The villa has a perfect aspect looking down to ocean, it is very spacious. Comfy beds. Great pool, hot spa and games room We hired a car. It’s not far to the shops. We bought food and made breakfast at the villa. The kitchen is quite adequately equipped and though there were 11 of us, the hosts had left enough coffee pods to last us the week and the coffee was pretty good. The beach and ferry to Gozo are close. There are some great restaurants in town.

The villa is really lovely but some areas are in need of a little T.L.C. - eg: marks on wall of staircase, lots of skirting boards either missing, broken or coming off, some painted plaster in games room wall fallen off, some blinds broken/unusable, large windows needed cleaning- relatively minor things really, but a shame as it’s a beautiful place.

Gorgeous villa I good location, with some parts needing some attention.

All the rooms upstairs were excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent, the man came every day to attend to the pool and jacuzzi. The games room and sauna were excellent. All in all a gorgeous villa.

The outside garden area is in need of attention. The sliding doors facing the pool could not be locked. The doors on the shower near the bedrooms downstairs were broken. Garden rubbish had not been cleared from garage .
