The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Tolle und sehr geschmackvolle Unterkunft in super Lage.
Eine wunderschöne Villa Die Villa ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Besonders gefallen haben uns die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, sich sowohl drinnen als auch draußen aufzuhalten. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die zentrale Lage ist top! Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. In keinem der Badezimmer gab es Seife – eine Kleinigkeit, die wenig kostet, den Komfort für die Gäste aber deutlich erhöht. Der Pool wirkte leider nicht besonders einladend und war recht sandig. Außerdem gab es in zwei Badezimmern sowie in der Küche nur kaltes Wasser. Auch das WLAN könnte in den oberen Schlafzimmern mit Repeatern eventuell verbessert werden. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Service der Agentur: Als es im oberen Badezimmer unangenehm roch, wurde uns schnell, professionell und sehr freundlich geholfen. Dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bedanken. Insgesamt eine schöne Villa mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und viel Platz. Wenn die genannten Punkte verbessert werden, könnte der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer sein.

Lovely property in the heart of Pollenca town with easy access to lots of restaurants, bars & shops
Great location in the heart of Pollenca. Whilst no parking there was a free car park no more than 10 mins walk away. Had no issues parking though might be busier at the height of the season. Nice terraces for 2 of the bedrooms. All bedrooms en-suite & handy to have toilet on ground floor. Bedrooms all a good size.
Toaster & some light switches popped the electrics each time we tried to use. There were only 5 of us & there was enough space - would feel a bit tight if 7 adults.

Charmant verblijfje in Pollenca centrum.
De goede ligging dichtbij de trappen van Pollenca. De netheid van het huisje, alsook het comfort.
Geen parking bij het huisje, je moest toch wat stappen om aan de parking te geraken. Dat is niet zo praktisch als je met je bagage of met boodschappen aan komt. Het zwembad is eerder een ploeterbadje. Op de foto ziet dat er tamelijk lang uit, in het echt is het misschien 1.5 m lang en nog geen meter breed!!

Great location, 5 mins to a car park but space to drop off and pick up bags of you are in a small car. Aircon was welcome and apartment was well furnished, very clean.
Dragging rubbish into town when there are bin collections was a pain. Some of the showers didn't have doors so it was hard not soak the floor. Pool could have done with a clean.
