It was ok. The location was central and it was easy to go out. The villa was ok but nothing special.
The property was large and mostly as advertised. You have to remember to order breakfast a day before and we never did remember so we never tried the breakfast.
The property has aged since the photos were taken and there were quite a lot of maintenance issues. We had no hot water until it was repaired. Silly things like a broken frying pan and only 2 of the rings working on the stove. It’s probably time to replace the televisions which did work but had lots of picture issues and one was so old it didn’t even have an HDMI input

Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good.
The fridge in the kitchen was out of order for the entire time but we were able to use the staff fridge. There was quite a severe water leak in the kitchen ceiling.

Wonderful and spacious villa in the center of Seminyak
Wonderful and spacious villa in the center of Seminyak, yet in totaly quiet surrounding and with very nice private closed garden and open living room. Quick access to main street and many of Seminyak nice restaurants.

Loved the villa, the pool and the staff.
Breakfast was cooked perfectly, and staff were lovely. Coming in the evening to spray and light mosquito coils was appreciated.
Just wished there was a bit more variety in options and type of fruit etc as we were there for 2 weeks. Some feedback would be the ant infestation on the large outdoor bed and many centipedes in the villa.

Villa was perfect for us, clean and tidy with a great pool and space to relax. It was very quiet yet literally a few minutes to Eat St and Seminyak Square.
