  Η τιμή σε σχέση με την ποιότητα και τις υπηρεσίες ήταν πολύ υψηλή, Τελείως απρόσωπο κατάλυμα με πολύ καλής ποιότητας στρώματα, βγαλμένες πρίζες, η Κρεμαστρα για τις πετσέτες ξεκολλημενη, πετσέτες δεν υπήρχαν όπως και χαρτί για την τουαλέτα. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί μας χρέωσαν 110 ευρώ την ημέρα. Απαράδεκτο!!!!!

  First unhelpful host we've encountered for over 10 years of summer vacations in Greece.

  The location of the property, the view and the maintained garden and pool

  Unhelpful Host & Rigid Policy: The host was totally unaccommodating and refused to help with basic requests. I attempted to alter or cancel my reservation just 8 hours after booking—nearly a full month before the stay—and the host flatly refused to cooperate. Uncomfortable Beds: The mattress is spring-based and uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep. No Mosquito Nets: Neither the bedrooms nor the bathroom had mosquito nets installed on the windows. For 3 nights, we had to wake up in the middle of the night to hunt and fight mosquitoes. No Housekeeping or Linen Changes: Bed sheets and pillowcases were never changed once throughout our entire 6-day stay. Lack of Basic Amenities: The property lacked essential cleaning and hygiene supplies. There was no hand soap, body wash, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, or sponge provided, even though kitchen dishes were available. Refused Household Essentials: When we asked for a simple extension lead or requested to borrow a beach umbrella (had acquired two left by other tourists on beaches by the time we left), the host refused. We had to ask for the wifi password, the wifi itself was terrible. Poor TV Placement: The TV screen is far too small for the size of the room and is mounted at an awkwardly high, uncomfortable viewing angle.

  Catastrophe! Do not book.

  The location, yard and pool were very nice and kept well. The pool was spotless.

  There are so many things I don’t know where to start. The first impression was the uncleanliness. We had to buy a disinfectant. Then, there were so many ants everywhere in the room. They went into the food, our stuff - we just couldn’t get away from them. The towels had brown spots on them, I don’t even want to know what the spot was from… The last day, the curtain rod fell by itself. If one of us was standing underneath it, we would have had quite a headache. The cupboard underneath the sink had this awful smell, I got sick every time I opened it to throw away garbage in the waste bin. And lastly, because of their poor management, they overlooked some issue with the payment. I asked them when I made the reservation 3 months before, if it’s cash or or card. They told me it’s through booking so no need for cash. On the last day before check out, the staff comes and tells me I haven’t payed the accommodation, like it’s my fault. I explained the prior conversation, and someone from the management called me and told me that i had to pay somehow. I had to call my bank, and somehow manage to send the payment. This way I had to pay more because of transactions fees, I had a lot of stress and we lost the last day. Instead of going to the beach we had to deal with the incompetence of the management. They didn’t even apologize or offer somekind of remedy. I really hope my review will save other people from suffering through the same pains as we did.

  Great location, but room did not match the photos

  Great location, very close to multiple beautiful beaches, good restaurants and supermarkets. Away from the main road so nice and quiet. Nice clean pool which stayed warm into the evening.

  Firstly, as other reviews mention, the staff are not available and they don't say where they will be or how to contact them if there is an issue. When we arrived after travelling all day (whilst keeping the property updated in our arrival time) we didn't receive very nice welcome. After looking for a member of staff, someone finally directed us to our room from a dark balcony. This room was not the room we booked. We chose a more spacious room with twin beds and a nice pool view (at least the photos showed a pool view), but instead we were given a tiny room at the back of the building with a double bed and no pool view and didn't have all the facilities listed. It looked completely different from the photos. My sister didn't want me to cause a fuss so we stayed in this room. The WiFi password was not provided and we didn't see the owners all week to ask for it and we didn't know where to find them, so we ended up just using our mobile data. The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was old and the springs stuck into us and disturbed our sleep. No hand soap provided (or shower gel etc.). Washing up liquid provided in the kitchenette, but no sponge or brush provided so we had to use our hands. The cleaning was good, but the sheets and towels were stained. For the price, I expected more.
