  Villa oli todella hieno ja upea. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Jokaiselle oli oma shampoo, hoitoaine ja suihkusaippua sekä varattu 2 pyyhettä. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Iso kauppa kävelymatkan päässä. Keskustaan menimme takseilla. Viihdyimme todella upeasti. Paikan omistaja vaimoineen oli todella mukava ja avulias.

  Paistinlastoja oli vähän, muutoin emme keksineet valittamista!

  Good value for the money but needs some upkeep

  We loved the spaciousness and the amenities of the villa. The host was amazing and very nice and approachable.

  It wasn’t the cleanest property we stayed in, some of the showers are in a bad condition, and of the day arriving there was a big storm so the pool was dirty which didn’t get cleaned until the afternoon next day so we couldn’t use, but the host offered a bottle of Champagne to apologize. Despite the air conditioning being turned on in the end some rooms were still very warm.

  Great Zadar base but with a few flaws

  Size and design of house was great. It's a bit maze like with so many doors leading out to lots of different terraces. Fantastic amount of space for our family of 5. Owner was very nice and responded very quickly to the issues we had. Gym equipment exceeded expectations and was better than many hotel gyms and great to have pool table / dart board. Games consoles were a good addition but unfortunately either didn't work or had no accompanying games.

  The property is very overlooked. Official pictures have been very cleverly taken as they don't show just how close all the surrounding buildings are. Some of the neighbours (permanent residents) are also very noisy. Property wasn't very clean when we arrived - it was rectified to an ok standard when raised but wouldn't win any prizes. There were also quite a few things that didn't work and we found a few items from previous occupants even after the second clean -. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived 😔
