  Dishonest listing that lies about features on the property

  The location was near other things but down a very steep hill. Taxi drivers twice declined to attempt the hill. The host was very friendly and polite, but throughout our stay we realized that much of what she was telling us simply wasn’t true.

  We had Villa AmberBlue booked for 8 nights. We picked this villa specifically because it listed a hot tub and that was a significant feature since the weather is cooler during October. The sea and pools are too cold to be comfortable so we made sure to book a heated water option. Immediately after arriving I asked for info to turn on the hot tub and was told that it's actually not a hot tub, just a spa. I mentioned that it claims to be a hot tub in multiple places on the booking.com listing (I have 3 screenshots showing this) and the host apologized and said they'd be sure to update that. I was incredibly disappointed as this was the entire reason we picked the unit. We were visiting Rhodes for our wedding and the entire family was joining, so I didn't have time or energy to try to find an alternate place nearby our location and other people nor did we want to spend our celebration week moving the extended family again. Upon checking the bedrooms at arrival, we realized that every single bathtowel (which were rolled up on the beds) was very wet. So we had to immediately start laundry after arriving at what was supposed to be a luxury villa. Within the first 24 hours we had to contact the host twice, once because the downstairs bedroom sink was pouring water into the floor and once for a second broken door handle (at check in she told us about one that needed to be fixed and they came around to fix it that first day). All of these issues were clearly evident to them before we arrived but they didn't fix it until we complained. We then had to work our schedule around someone being there 3 separate times for the handyman to come around and fix it. The bathroom sink faucet had to be completely replaced because it was so corroded. That didn’t happen overnight and was certainly evident when they cleaned the unit. The coffee machine was so calcified that it took over an hour to brew a pot of coffee.

  Great holiday in fantastic villa.

  The location was great. Easy walking distance to the centre of Pefkos and there are also some good closer restaurants. The villa is well maintained and communication both before and during our stay was excellent. The villa is well equipped and has everything we needed for our stay. Each of the three bedrooms have en-suites so this suited our family group of 6 adults. The outside space is amazing. The pool is a really good size. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate recommending it.

  Nothing really (and not a complaint) but I think the quality of the sheets could be better.

  Fabulous villa with great views

  Fabulous villa with all amenities needed. In a quiet setting. Everything was clean and we were left some items to start us off in our holiday which was great. This villa has lovely views towards the mountains and sea and has the most amazing sunsets. A short walk to some great restaurants and about 10 minutes to the centre. Would definitely recommend

  Wonderful holiday.

  The property had everything we needed. Great location.

  The sun beds need cushions or replacing. They weren’t comfortable to use.
