    Grandioser Meerblick mit Abstrichen

    Das Haus liegt am Hang und hat einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. Mit dem Auto ca 20 min bis Zentrum Xabia. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das Haus verfügt über 3 getrennte Wohneinheiten auf 3 Ebenen plus Poolebene mit Outdoorküche und Kohlegrill. Vom Pool bis zur obersten Ebene sind es 56 Treppenstufen-also am Besten nichts vergessen! Kaffeevollautomat und Nespressomaschiene vorhanden. Die Nachbarhäuser werden auch vermietet, teilweise kein Sichtschutz und Lärm. Cala Ambolo zu Fuss erreichbar, ist aber offiziell gesperrt. 2 Garagen vorhanden. „Cinema“ mit Grossbildschirm-haben wir nicht genutzt. Gymnastikraum nicht nutzbar, da er nach Öl riecht und nicht klimatisiert ist. Waschmaschiene/Trockner vorhanden Kommunikation mit Javea Holidays immer sehr zeitnah und höflich

    Liegen und Möbel am Pool und auf dem Balkon sind schon etwas älter, abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Diverse kleinere Mängel in den Badezimmern: Tasten WC Spülung kaputt, WC Brille locker… Die Betten waren teilweise nicht bequem, man spürte jede Sprungfeder. Unsere Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer war 4 Tage lang defekt und der Monteur verbrachte 8 Stunden im Haus um sie zu reparieren. Wir dachten, es ginge schneller. Man ist uns mit dem Preis etwas entgegengekommen- aber in meinen Augen etwas zu wenig.

    STUNING VIEWS UNMATCHED IN THE AREA, FANTASTIC POOL AND HOUSE IN VERY GOOD. ABOUT 1KM FROM THE NEAREST SUPERMARKET AND RESTAUANT

    COUPLE OF TEETHING ISSUES, GARAGE DOOR NOT OPENONG, OVEN NOT WORKING, FREEZER ALARM CONSTANTLY GOING OFF, AIR CON NOT WORKING IN THE MASTER BEDROOM

    A perfect location for a family celebration.

    The quiet location and the sea views were amazing. There was plenty of space and all the facilities were fantastic.
