The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In the event of lost keys or keys left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 charge will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.     Geräumig großes Haus nahe zum Strand

    Sehr nah am Strand

    Zu wenig Handtücher und wenig Klopapier, Eine kleine Lampe/Stehlampe fehlt im Wohnzimmer, wenn es viel regnet kommt im Esszimmerfenster das Wasser durch, man darf die Klappläden Tagsüber bei Regen nicht geöffnet haben, was sehr schade ist denn dann ist es dunkel. Zum Abend hin war es in der Villa kalt, war dann nicht so angenehm.

    Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr schön, hatten eine tolle Zeit

    Die Villa hat eine sehr gute Lage, sie liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig; in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir fanden den Pool sehr gut, auch dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist und das zusätzliche Bad mit Dusche und Toilette im Gartenbereich. Die Bäder sind sehr schön, die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem; bei unserem Aufenthalt ist der Reinigungsservice erschienen und hat uns auch noch einmal zusätzlich Handtücher und Badetücher gebracht! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

    Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer sind nur schwer zu öffnen, auch die Badezimmerschränke; sie müssen mal ausgewechselt oder repariert werden. Der Vorgarten war überhaupt nicht schön angelegt, dort fehlen einfach ein paar Pflanzen, es ist nur Schotter vorhanden, das könnte man schöner gestalten, zB mit Palmen. Im hinteren Gartenbereich beim Pool befindet sich künstlicher Rasen,fanden wir nicht so schön; auch war in gewissen Zeitabständen ein Brummen vom Nachbarhaus wahrzunehmen, stört manchmal beim Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Terrasse.

    The house was perfect as a base for our cycling holiday and was lovely to come back to in the evenings.
