A beautifully designed villa nestled in the forest near Galle.
We had a good stay at Villa Amma Erna! A little escape from the busy places. The team were incredibly welcoming and made sure we were truly spoilt throughout our stay. Even though it was a last-minute booking on the very same day, Anitha made us feel completely at ease. She also ensured everything was taken care of, especially when we had to leave early: breakfast and our journey were sorted for every day until we left. The breakfast spread is different each day to let you have their local taste. Minutes to Unawatuna and Galle. Highly recommended!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
There can be quite a bit of animal noise to wake you up each morning, which may be a little uncomfortable if you’re a light sleeper or hoping for a good lie-in during your holiday and whether you’re comfortable without air conditioning.

Traumhaft schönes Haus, wunderbares Essen
Villa Amma Erna ist wunderschön! Das Open House Konzept fühlt sich ein bisschen wie ein Zuhause an. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Essen ist unbeschreiblich gut und einfach mal etwas anderes. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht viel, aber mit dem Tuk Tuk ist man innerhalb von 10-15 min (und für 2-3€) in Galle oder in Unawatuna am Strand. Anitha, die gemeinsam mit dem Team für die Gäste da ist, ist die Beste! Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht!
Eigentlich nichts. Gleichzeitige gab es den ein oder anderen Moment an dem wir uns richtige Fenster in eine AC gewünscht hätten.

Beautiful villa in the middle of the nature
We loved the villa on a little hill with a beautiful view. Amazing accommodation with lovely, sweet staff. They make the breakfast, it was amazing. The whole constructie of the villa was all beautiful to see.
Was a little bit too much animal sounds during the night for us. It’s amazing but a little bit too noisy.
