  Ok house, but you might find something better with this money

  House is tiredand older than looks in the pictures. The door handles are broken… the cutlery was dirty.. was a bit disappointed.

  Να φτιάξετε το εξωτερικό χώρο και μέσα το σπίτι στην συντήρηση του. Να διωξετε τις γάτες και όχι να κάνουν τις ανάγκες τ

  Μας άρεσε που ήταν μεγάλο σαν σπίτι

  Το σπίτι θέλει ανακαίνιση άμεσα......τα πομολα δεν κλεινανε, το στρώμα θέλει άμεσα αλλαγή και το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν οι γάτες στον κήπο που είχανε δεξιά και Αριστερά μπολακια με τροφές και νερό. Οι οποίες ανέβαιναν παντού στα τραπέζια, στις ξαπλώστρες και εάν τυχόν άφηνες κατά λάθος την πόρτα έμπαιναν στο σπίτι στο οποίο υπήρχε γατοτροφη. Το μέρος που ήταν το bdq ήταν μέσα στην βρώμα και στην τρίχα που συνεπάγεται ότι δεν μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιήσεις. Το μπάνιο στο ισόγειο ήταν έτσι φτιαγμένο που τα νερά έβγαιναν μέχρι έξω και το μπάνιο στο πρώτο όροφο είχε χαλασμενη την τάπα της μπανιέρας. Τώρα η πισίνα ικανοποιητικη αλλά θέλει ένα κάγκελο γιατί έχει έξω γυαλιστερό πλακάκι και μόλις πας να βγεις γλυστραει υπερβολικά.

  Schöne Privatsphäre mit toller Lage und guter Ausstattung.

  Unglaubliche Lage, schöne Villa + schöner Pool. Auch die Ausstattung war gut und das Personal immer schnell und bereit bei Fragen. Nette Nachbarn.

  Ein paar veraltete Möbel. Stromausfall in den ersten Tagen. WLAN funktioniert nicht immer.

  Frequent power outages and numerous resident cats affected our stay. While the villa is well-equipped with great outdoor

  The outdoor area and facilities. The pool was a decent size, the garden had orange & olive trees and mint & basil plants. The BBQ facilities were also really good.

  We experienced frequent power outages - over 20 times during our 5-night stay. While the property management team and owner were responsive and visited twice to assist, the issue remained unresolved. They showed us how to reset the external trip switch, which helped us restore power ourselves, but various explanations were given, including a fault with the local grid and a gardener allegedly cutting a cable (despite outages occurring before the lawn was mowed). Each time the electricity cut out, the WiFi also went down and took 20–30 minutes to reboot, which significantly disrupted our stay. The owner stated this was outside of their control, but it added to the inconvenience. The villa itself is well-equipped and comfortable, but the recurring electrical issues suggest that rewiring or a more permanent fix is needed. Additionally, we noticed around 5 or 6 cats that appeared to live on or around the property as there were food bowls left out by the conservatory door. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but they did begin to beg for food and enter the villa. It would have been helpful to have been made aware in advance, especially for guests with allergies or those uncomfortable around animals.
