Great location and a lot of space
It really needs a washing machine if you’re planning to stay for more than a few days

An amazing villa with spectacular views
I loved so much about this place. It was bigger than I expected from the photos, the views were absolutely spectacular, it was very easy to get in with the door code supplied on the day, having your own pool was amazing, it was extremely comfortable, a very quiet location, and very private. The house had clearly been purpose built very mindfully with the deck (with four sun loungers) & pool arranged so that you maximised sunlight whilst the longer side of the house with more seating was in the shade if you needed to escape the sun for a bit. You weren't overlooked by anyone so it was totally private. You could park in a gated driveway shared with the owners who were occasionally in the downstairs flat (but totally separate - never any crossover), although we found it easier just to park outside the house. I also loved that it was incredibly comfortable inside for the evenings or to escape the heat for a bit. Each room has AC which is easy to use and works well. The host Benedita was very friendly, helpful, and responsive too which is always a bonus. She checked in on WhatsApp occasionally throughout the week, with recommendations on what to do too but not so much as to become annoying in the slightest even. Another point - a previous review mentioned no toaster but there is one there now so they obviously listen to feedback! Just a really great place all round.
Very very minor is I could have done with the pool being heated, but the kids still lived in the pool just about the entire stay and once you were in you got used to it pretty much straight away, and it wasn't even all that hot for Portugal in the summer. Also note there is no washing machine. It didn't matter to us, but I can imagine for some people that might be an issue.

Casa cuidada con detalle. Limpia y agradable. Vistas espectaculares y tranquilidad absoluta
Realmente todo estaba perfecto. Si hay que poner un pero, la entrada y salida del parking es un poco estrecha y hay que dirigir bien el coche para que no toquen los bajos
