  Чудвий вигляд, помешкання до якого хочеш повертатись, зручно.

  Будиночок розташований в хорошій локації, близько магазин і контейнери для сміття. Також згори і біля супермаркету є автобусні зупинки, щоб дістатись до пляжу, чи певного місця, також до пляжу можна дійти пішки через трасу, або по мальовничій доріжці в горах. Сам будинок чудово обладнаний, там є все, що було нам необхідно. Вигляд з вікна на море, шикарне. Окрема подяка David, що дозволив нам виїхати не об 11 годині, а о 14, оскільки наш літак був пізно.

  Все супер, єдине, що додавало, мінімальної незручності, щоб дійти до будиночку треба іти під горку, що після пляжу або довгої прогулянки було важкувато, проте більшість помешкань на Мадейрі розташовані таким чином і шум літаків, але до цього швидко звикаєш.

  Clean, well‑located near the airport, but the host’s threat to call the police over AC use left our family hot, sleeples

  The apartment is clean, well located, and the host was responsive at first, although it is very close to the airport and can be noisy from outside, we were aware of that before booking.

  We chose this property because it advertised air conditioning, which was essential for our family (a couple, a 2‑year‑old, and grandparents) during a heatwave. Shortly after arrival the host warned that neighbours had complained and threatened to call the police if we used the AC at night. This threat made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe and cast a shadow over the entire stay. We tested the AC ourselves: the indoor ceiling unit is silent, the outdoor unit was off, and measured noise levels were within acceptable limits, yet the warning persisted. Because of the heat and the outside noise we could not sleep well, and the host’s last‑minute restriction and police threat turned a family holiday into a stressful experience. I would not recommend this property unless the host clearly documents any AC or noise limitations and can substantiate neighbour complaints.

  Alojamiento bien situado cerca del aeropuerto y la autovía para poder ir a Funchal y a toda la isla, muy cómodo para los que nos alojamos con 3 cuartos de baño. Hubo un problema con la caldera que la anfitriona solucionó inmediatamente

  El ruido de los aviones al estar muy cerca del aeropuerto y algo de humedad en el sótano
