  Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war außerdem geräumig und bot ausreichend Platz.

  Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral und dank der nahegelegenen U-Bahn-Station sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Leider ist das Viertel jedoch teilweise von vielen Obdachlosen und Drogenabhängigen geprägt, insbesondere in Richtung Omonia. An zwei verschiedenen Tagen lagen zudem Spritzen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Eingangstür. Dadurch haben wir uns in der direkten Umgebung leider nicht besonders wohlgefühlt. Außerdem kam es in den Badezimmern wiederholt zu unangenehmen Gerüchen, und während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir eine Kakerlake entdeckt.

  AWFUL DO NOT STAY HERE!

  The owners did communicate. They felt that our several concerns were not appropriate and were dismissive. What’s unfortunate is that they don’t stay there themselves to understand the dynamic of what’s happening at their property.

  2 bedrooms are in a cave with no windows. No light other than artificial. The air conditioners do not regulate and you get frozen whether it’s on 30 or 26. It was freezing. The 3rd bedroom is above the kitchen and there is all light, all night. It’s municipal lighting for outside safety so it beams into the room with no shade to sleep. Light blares in your face. Difficult to sleep without eye mask. There were cockroaches in the spa and bathrooms. The spa tub was cloudy. The washer worked fine but the dryer continue to shut off not drying our clothes. We were in town for a wedding. Additionally, at night, there are junkies and homeless outside the unit and it smells of urine. A tent was in the corner right outside our entrance. When we communicated this to the owners, they commented it was only so we could get a refund. In fact, these are all true comments. Until they actually stay in their own property and experience it, they won’t understand our comments and concerns. When we mentioned there was an issue with the dryer , owners were defensive when in fact, we mentioned it within the hour it happened with the dryer. We were accused of damaging property rather than being offered solutions and nothing could be further from that. Did we do laundry, yes of course. We did not damage anything by using the “Jeans” option for wash and dry.
