  A great villa set on its own with a fantastic pool and views. It is a short drive to beaches and shops, which we knew and wasn't a problem. The outside space has been very beautifully landscaped, and someone came round about 3 times during our stay to check the pool and water the garden. Communication was very good, and we did have to phone someone to let us in, as we'd accidentally shut the front door and there was only 1 key. On the last day, we'd asked for a slightly later check-out of 11 am, which was confirmed but not passed on to the cleaning staff, who were very miffed to find us still there. Overall, if the very large negative was dealt with, we would book the villa again as its a great space.

  We did contact the agent who runs the house regarding our seeing and hearing rats at the property - we saw them around the pool area, in the greenery that climbs along the garden wall, the vines by the carport, the small roof over the end of the pool and the terrace. We understand about living alongside nature etc as we ourselves live in a remote area but, this isnt the odd rat popping by, more they are clearly nesting inbetween the roof and the ceiling in one of the rooms as we heard them VERY clearly when they head out about dusk and when they come back at about 6am. They get to the roof via the drain pipe and along the gutters. I do really understand that its nature but they need to be controlled. We were told that someone would come and put down traps but we were there the last two days and there was no evidence of this happening. We were very careful regarding food outside and rubbish - and the bins are clean and well kept outside. The property next door appears empty and maybe why they are drawn to the villa. The people sleeping upstairs were uncomfortable with the very audible scratching, squeaking and gnawing from the ceiling. It is a shame as it did detract from our stay. We were very careful about leaving doors open - which is how we locked ourselves out! The new bathroom upstairs didn't drain well and we had to buy cloths to mop the floor. The pool lights were clearly on a timer and needs to be moved on as they didn't come on until 9pm which was shame.

  Séjour excellent.

  Qualité de l'hébergement. Localisation excellente. Point de vue magnifique. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine ni du SPA en raison de la température, mais en été ce doit être parfait.

  Σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από το κατάλλυμα και τον εξοπλισμό του. Μας άρεσε ιδιαίτερα ο εξοπλισμός της ψησταριάς.

  Αν και καταλαβαίνω ότι ο χώρος είναι περιορισμένος, η έξοδος απο τον χώρο στάθμευσης προς τον δρόμο είναι κάπως επικίνδυνη αφού είναι πάνω σε στροφή, ιδιαίτερα από αυτοκίνητα που έρχονται από Κασσιόπη. Χρειάζεται κλιματιστικό στον χώρο του σαλονιού. Τα υπάρχοντα κλιματιστικά είναι κάπως παλιά και σε ένα τηλεκοντρόλ θέλουν άλλαγμα οι μπαταρίες. Επίσης, θα ήταν καλύτερο να εξοπλιστεί το κατάλυμα με βαρύτερα σκεπάσματα (παπλώματα), οι κουβέρτες ήταν ελαφριές. Τα μονά κρεβάτια περιορίζουν την άνεση ύπνου σε κάποιον με ύψος μεγαλύτερο από το κρεβάτι, λόγω του κάτω κεφαλαριού.
