  This is a spacious villa within a very short walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and several restaurants. We spent a lovely few days here. It was quiet at night - a big bonus.

  Found the instructions to get to the property a little confusing. There were quite a few things that needed attention which made the villa look a bit tired and not maintained. Door handle to one of the bedrooms came off in our hand. The clothes rack for drying clothes was so rusted that it collapsed when we hung out our towels. Several of the appliances in the kitchen didn't work. Some of the pillows were quite stained (underneath the pillow case itself). These are not major things which if regularly checked and maintained would have raised our experience substantially.

  Good location, fully equipped house

  Mold and mold smells in the bedrooms, I think it would be good to paint the walls in the bedrooms before the season starts

  Lovely week in Kapparis visiting family

  Location was fantastic, size of the villa was perfect for us. Enjoyed the pool which was amazingly warm. Good air conditioning. Beds were comfy as was the settee. Was able to check out an hour later.

  When you see the photos on booking.com, the room decor was not the same. Very bland. Photos were taken with a large camera angle as pool/ villa wasn’t as big as expected No covers for quilt. Photos show pool towels. There wasn’t any but then that wasn’t stated on facilities. There was a large water stain on wall in bedroom along with water running down the wall causing a puddle on the floor. Host did send someone round same day to look. There are no plastic plates/cups etc for kids which is a major problem as tiled floor/pool area. The villa could do with info on what to do with rubbish etc.

  Вилла рядом с морем, бассейн небольшой, к сожалению, на дне плавали ветки. Не совсем чистый , но теплый- детей было не вытащить. Спальни комфортные, всем хватило места. Сам район тихий и спокойный. Рядом полно кафе и ресторанов
