    Attractive villa in quiet location but is not a stand out villa for rental price

    Attractive, traditional looking villa inside and out. Shady location so stayed cool inside except for downstairs bedrooms which were warm at night. Upstairs bedroom is spacious and cooler in evening. Great to have 3 x bathrooms. Lovely to have the outdoor pool and garden.

    Guests staying in downstairs bedrooms found rooms quite warm at night and had to have shutters open to let in air but meant this let light in when early morning. Was mainly peaceful during day as quiet location but nearby villas have lots of dogs which bark continuously at points during night and interrupts sleep. Was nice to have balcony in upstairs bedroom but would be bonus to have a small table and couple of chairs to be able to sit out on balcony and enjoy area. Sun loungers were looking a bit old and worn however, staff member who checked us in did say they would be being replaced. Cushions for sun loungers needed a good clean before using. Insufficient dishwasher supplies; had to buy pack of dishwasher tablets, salt and rinse aid as only a few tablets were provided. (Staff said these were all-in-one however did not wash dishes well when salt and rinse aid lights came on in dishwasher.

    Fantastic stay! Would come back 100%

    Tremendous Villa, incredibly spacious and a fantastic layout. Set in a quiet part of Colares there were plenty options for food and resultants in close by towns. The garden was an amazing size and also a very quiet around the villa from neighbouring properties
