La villa è dotata di 6 posti letto. Gli spazi sono ampi. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie. Posto auto privato nel cortile. Il proprietario è super disponibile.
La struttura affaccia sulla strada, ma è separata da quest'ultima da una alta siepe.. La pulizia non è eccezionale. Forse sarebbero da incrementare i prodotti forniti per la colazione. E rinnovare un pochino coperte e arredi
