    Great location and private fenced garden for our dog and car!

    Fabulous location: 3-4 decent restaurants within 5 minutes walk, a large park and a Eurospin supermarket right across from the property (very basic stuff hence sufficient for essentials like oil). Well-maintained garden which is fenced for our puppy to run around in. The large park right outside was great for her to poop in with several bins for organic and undifferentiated waste (for dog poop bags). The garden is large enough for parking our car. There’s a Nespresso machine - we can finally use the capsules we brought from home - and a relatively new top loading washing machine.

    Air conditioning unit is only in the living room. We had to crank it up so that the bedrooms are cool but it got too cold in the living room. Facilities are somewhat dated (pots with scratches and pans with handles broken off from other stayers), shower drain is somewhat slow and cleanliness can be improved.

    Great place to end our 2 week Sardinian adventure. We miss it!

    Beautiful quiet location short walk To restaurants and town. Loved having an outside yard with couches lounge chairs and a hose. Parking right on property was a convenience.

    Pulizia, posizione ottima per la tranquillità del quartiere, la vicinanza a un parco attrezzi fitness, ma allo stesso tempo la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi il centro e la spiaggia La Cinta.

    Very nice guest house that was equipped lovely. Extra time for later check-out

    Mosquito protection at windows would make sense. Bed too hard.
