  Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

  Äußere Eindruck war gut und die Lage war ruhig.

  Die Unterkunft war dreckig, abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Sie hat bis auf den Pool und den äußeren Anblick nichts luxuriöses. Der Preis ist luxuriös. Die Themen wurden dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und dieser war wenig kooperativ und hat Ausreden vorgeschoben. Achtung: Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist nicht wie angegeben. Folgende Angaben sind falsch/nicht vorhanden: - kein Infinity-Pool - kein Toilettenpapier - kein Geschirrspüler/Spülmaschine (inzwischen aus Anzeige entfernt) - Gebäude nicht freistehend

  We absolutely love our stay. The whole experience was so good. Felt very sad leaving such a brilliant villa.

  The property was clean, well furnished, spacious and in a really good quiet location close to town. The pool was brilliant and outside eating area superb.

  La casa è in una posizione ottima anche per spostarsi a piedi verso il centro di San Teodoro e ha molti servizi vicini. Piscina fantastica.

  Solo traveller with dog.

  First, location - very nice, quiet and peaceful. The view is amazing!!! Everything is reachable by car (in Sardinia car is must have IMHO). "Human" and dog beaches just 5 (human) 15 min (dog) ride (well, this is not about the facility...but dog beaches I visited this time...well, area for improvement...for sure). The villa has everything that you need for comfort leaving! The pool is perfect alternative at the mornings when you do not want to drive to a beach, we'll, at the evening as well. Pool is really great! Villa is comfortable for small companies/families. IMHO 2-3 people - just perfect. Should also mention hospitality and support from owner and housekeeper(?). I had very good time!

  There is no dishwasher- I know, no place for it as well at the kitchen..plus with all this plastic you need to wash to sort the garbage...may be..not very much useful..but..I still missed it. Mattress in master bedroom could be a liiitle bit harder (should notice, I haven't experienced any backpains as I usually do). Pillows just perfect. Could be nice to have radiator/ towel rail - in a rainy days could really be an advantage.
