Nice quiet real house to explore northern Tuscany from.
Rosanna is great. Attentive without being too intrusive. Nice to have a pool / but the location not ideal as it is in the sun when we are gone exploring and in shade when we got back. Even in the great heat water a bit too cold for the shade. Nice to have space.
Several things at property need maintenance. Too much nick nack clutter on surfaces. Hard to have room for your stuff and to not lose anything. That road up and down everyday. Very long and narrow locals drive like maniacs on too barrow roads and blind narrow corners. Extra fee for air con (15 euros/day) was not great. I’m sure we didn’t really use that much - only one room at night only and a couple of nights cooled down nicely so wouldn’t have been that much of a load. Mosquitoes.

Čistá a stylová vila, rádi se vrátíme.
Milá hostitelka, zařízení vily bylo stylové, všude bylo čisto, ceníme si i soukromí.
První cesta k vile byla napínavá, je v odlehlém místě, ale klid a výhled za to stojí.

Heerlijk en ontspannen verblijf.
Het huis is schitterend gelegen met prachtige uitzichten over de vallei en tussen de olijfbomen. Het is erg authentiek en typisch Toscaans. De tuin is heerlijk en het zwembad erg leuk. Zo rustig. De streek is bijzonder mooi en zelfs na 3 weken verblijf blijft er nog veel te ontdekken. We keren dus terug! Rosanna was onze gastvrouw en heeft ons alles verteld over de streek en ons prima geholpen met praktische dingen. Dankjewel! Ik mis nu al onze gesprekken en ons glaasje 's avonds.
