Disappointing handling of an unfortunate occurrence, Villas2let - poor customer service
Proximity to beach as well as restaurants/pubs & shops, fun swimming pool with ball & noodles, shutters on bedroom windows, nice accessorized villa with books, comforters in lounge, pictures on the walls etc.
Arrived late and discovered bedbugs in one of the rooms so one of the party had to sleep on the couch. The next day we received an offer to get a refund (and where exactly should we go?) or transfer to a different villa (which we obviously did). Unfortunately it had a lot lacking compared to the original villa. Double bed instead of 2 singles No shutters on bedroom windows so you wake up at sunrise In a completely different location than we planned Not next to a beach & no shops or anything at all in the vicinity! No dresser or mirror in master bedroom Stark walls with no decorations of any sort Nothing in pool except water Kitchen not as fully equipped as 1st villa One AC unit & Wi-Fi not working (both fixed quickly) Also the expectation is that the guests dispose of their own garbage and remove it from the compound - imagine people who did not arrive by car walking a great distance out of a 42 villa compound to deposit their rubbish in communal bins - very strange.

Close to the beach Good area Good facilities
Not really a complaint but it would have been nice to have beach towels and beach chairs

Beautiful villa , gorgeous location
Lovely large villa , 3 large bedrooms , nice and dark in the bedrooms , comfortable beds Beautifully clean Good communication with staff pre and during holiday 1 minute walk through a garden gate to the beach
Pool and garden area a little on the small side No comfortable cushion on the sofa outside like the chairs . Mentioned on the first day and was told it had been sent for cleaning and would be back in a few days but it never returned.
