  Unfortunately, our stay at this villa was a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, we felt uncomfortable with the owner staying next door. The owner was rude towards us on several occasions, and there were also instances where we felt we were being watched, including the owner peeking through the fence into the villa area. This made us feel like we had very little privacy during our holiday. On our first night, the owner called us to say that no guests were allowed to visit the villa, despite the fact that we were in Greece for a wedding and this had been discussed previously. Receiving this call on the first night of our stay was very stressful and put a negative atmosphere over the rest of the holiday. There were also several issues with the villa itself. The internet connection was practically non-existent, the cushions were not set out as expected, and on our final day we had no hot water. Overall, the combination of the owner's behaviour, lack of privacy, communication issues and problems with the facilities made this a very unpleasant stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

  An exceptional stay from start to finish, we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our holiday.

  We had a wonderful stay at Villa Astoria in Keri and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. The villa is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including AC in all rooms, a head shower in the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom and a large TV along with a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing, with sun-lounges,umbrellas, towels and an outdoor table with comfortable chairs under a pergola. The peaceful location offered the ideal balance of privacy and easy access to Keri Beach, local tavernas, and the island’s attractions. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Giannis was an outstanding host,warm, welcoming, and always available with great recommendations and help whenever needed. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.His lovely mother even prepared an amazing local sweet for us! If you’re looking for a high-quality villa in Zakynthos for a family or a group of friends, Villa Astoria is an excellent choice. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. Five stars!

  Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations from the villa itself to the warm hospitality and peaceful location. We wouldn’t change a thing and would happily stay here again.

  Fabulous Villa with brilliant host and his Mum, great location, beautifully clean.

  A very well appointed villa, with a fabulous host who can help with anything. Exceptionally clean and super comfy beds. Best location and friendliest place on the island.

  Some traffic noise from the road, but stopped noticing it after a while. Would have liked a bit more shade in the outside area. Very strong pool chemicals.

  Great villa with a very helpful owner

  Great place to stay in Zakinthos for the family. Very clean and with a very helpful owner that lives close by and took care of us very nicely.
