  Great villa in a great location, but sharing a wall with a live construction site...

  The villa itself was great, no complaints there. The facility management team (both local and HQ) were very responsive and quick to react, even though the issues were outside of their abilities to handle. The beaches nearby and the town were really nice this time of year.

  The property shares a wall with a live construction site. We saw the previous reviews too late to be able to react. Noise from pneumatic tools, bulldozers and shouting were constant from 7am-4pm 6 days a week. One of the buildings being worked on overlooking the property directly, was a constant source dust (we were wiping off black dust off every surface literally every 30 minutes), and debris and trash landing down, making the entire pool and garden area unusable (plus one half-drunk soda can thrown directly into our pool by the workers, just to add insult to injury...). The facility managers were very reactive and understanding which I really appreciated, but ultimately the issue is outside of their control. The fact is that this property should not be listed until the construction next door is done.

  Lovely size Villa in a nice location shame about the rats and construction site :(

  The Villa was very well equipped with 3 good size with bedrooms. The Smart TV had all the UK channels including Netflix etc. The kitchen had plenty of utensils , toaster, kettle , microwave and large fridge freezer. The interior was nicely decorated with modern floor tiles, two tables and comfortable furniture The bathroom was a nice size and nicely tiled with towels provided The outside area had a table and plenty modern furniture including sunbeds and sitting area on both levels. Pool towels were provided There was plenty of room to park the car on the Villa's private drive. It was only a short walk to the coastal path and about 200yds to the nearest beach. The supermarket and local restaurants were close by. Internal and external security was good with access to the Villa via a security barrier. All rooms had very good air conditioning. The pool was a good size, clean and had a lovely ambient temperature. The pool was cleaned during our stay. The guest relations manager Mary arranged for the prompt attendance of a maintenance person to lay traps for the rats. Check in and check out were both straight forward and efficient with good communications with the guest relations manager Mary and the hosts Ezoria

  The presence of rats which ran along the wall between the shed and the garden foliage on the top level. Furniture coverings which was left alongside the shed. Stagnant water from the pool collected behind the shed and could have been the reason for attracting the rats along with the furniture coverings being left on the wall which made an ideal habitat. Despite the hosts making us aware in booking.com details of the ongoing construction next to the Villa the noise and size of the construction site was overwhelming and invaded our privacy ( Unfortunately we did not see this information because it was right at the end of the booking information) The construction site directly overlooks the Villa's pool and garden area and construction workers were present everyday including Saturday which impacted on the enjoyment of the Villa. The kitchen area and cupboards were ok but need updating. The bathroom was newly tiled but the bath needs to be replaced by a walk in shower. Some of the bathroom walls were subjected to corrosion The wall surrounding the pool area needs repairing and repainting

  The property was spacious, the swimming pool was big, and the patio was lovely for outdoor activities. The house inside was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for holiday.

  We didn’t like the fact that the outdoor area was not as clean as it should have been. As a result, there were many insects around the house, and unfortunately, we even noticed rats. Also, the wall behind the pool was falling apart, which resulted in pieces of debris ending up in the pool. We believe the outdoor areas need better maintenance and cleaning to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay.
