  Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe maison. La piscine et ses 3 terrasses vue mer sont un vrai plus. Les lits sont très confortables, cuisine bien équipée.. Une bouteille de vin , de l eau et des fruits offerts. L emplacement est calme mais très central sur l île. 10 minutes de lindos, la belle plage de charaki a 5 minutes est top. Nous reviendrons certainement, tout est top. Aussi n hésitez pas à aller visiter la petite île de Symi en ferry depuis Rhodes ville, vous ne le regretterez pas. Ainsi que la baie Anthony Quinn à 30 minutes. Merci

  Juste un petit détail, il n' y a pas de machine à café type Nespresso, Senseo. Il y a une cafetière à filtre. Une petit investissement pour une bonne machine à café et un presse fruits électrique et la maison mérite l excellence.❤️

  Fab stay close to Lindos

  Great property, spacious, spotless, super pool, and adjacent to Lindos. Plenty of towels, really comfortable beds and comfy sun loungers. Photos don’t do it justice. Pool cleaned daily

  Nothing , all was good. Personal interaction with letting agents and a more generous welcome basket would have been appreciated ( we had a bottle or rose and some apples- these may have been left by last occupant as were slightly past their best.). All was great anyway but would have been exceptional with these additions

  Very disappointing experience – not as described and not acceptable

  .We booked Villa Athina expecting a relaxing stay, but unfortunately the reality was completely different. The outdoor area, especially the pool, was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. The water was dirty, there were worms in the pool (most likely mosquito larvae), the edges were dirty and partly damaged, and there was visible rust on metal elements. This made the pool unusable and even a potential health risk, particularly for our children (5 and 8 years old). Additionally, the outdoor area seemed poorly maintained, with smeared paint marks on the ground as if it had been recently painted without proper cleaning afterwards. There was also a technical installation underneath the terrace producing an extremely loud, almost deafening noise, which further affected our stay. We can provide video evidence of this. The alternative accommodation offered by the agency was far below the standard of what we originally booked and therefore not acceptable. As no clear timeframe for resolving the issue was provided, we were forced to arrange alternative accommodation ourselves in order not to lose our entire holiday. Very disappointing is also the fact that the agency did not properly address the poor condition of Villa Athina. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and stressful. We cannot recommend this property.

  OUTRAGEOUS treatment by letting agents AGNI TRAVEL

  Location was nice and villa was nice but unfortunately the treatment by the letting agents completely overshadowed this and ruined our holiday. I greatly regret booking this villa and I have to say on this occasion booking.com have also been lacking in being contactable or helpful in resolving this issue satisfactorily

  Where shall I start!!! Arrived at just after 10pm due to a late flight (scheduled) only to find that the villa had not been cleaned from the previous occupants who had left it in a bit of a state. It took 30 minutes of phoning various supposed, contact numbers, before finally someone answered, who then said that they had no knowledge of our arrival, despite me answering questions a few days before and being sent details on how to enter the property!! By midnight they still hadn't decided what to do and we were desperate to have a shower and go to sleep so we looked on booking.com found the nearest hotel and booked in for the night. I informed the letting agents of this and they sounded relieved that I had taken charge. The next day we returned to the villa which had now been cleaned but by then had lost another day of our only 1 week holiday and still hadn't got over the stress of the previous night. We were then contacted by the letting agents who pompously informed us that as a gesture of goodwill they were going to refund us for 1 night's stay at the villa!! I informed them that it was a legal obligation to refund us when we had been unable to use the villa, and that I also expected the cost of the hotel to be refunded, as I had had to sort it out as they were making no effort to find us accommodation for the night, and then we could start to talk about gestures of goodwill!! They then said as a further gesture of goodwill they were going to refund the cleaning cost!! As if it was our responsibility for the cleaning!! I was getting more and more angry and said I would not discuss it further until I was back in the UK as I wanted to try and enjoy the rest of my holiday. On my return I have battled further not only with the letting agents AGNI TRAVEL but also with booking.com and got absolutely nowhere, all I have achieved is raised blood pressure .
