  Déçu de la villa et du comportement du propriétaire

  L’emplacement, la piscine, le confort

  Manque d’entretien au niveau de la villa rideau, jauni par le temps, passe à café rouillé, assiette, toute rayées, robinetterie de la douche, oxydé grille-pain, dans un très bon état, vu le prix de la location c’est cela mérite beaucoup mieux. Nous avons passé une semaine avec la climatisation en panne malgré la venue des techniciens. Le propriétaire nous a dit que ce n’était pas de sa faute ça c’est sûr, il nous a conseillé d’ouvrir les fenêtres et de faire marcher les ventilateurs quand vous louer une maison avec une climatisation au prix de la location, je trouve que c’est un peu limite de sa part de répondre ce genre de réponse À notre arrivée la maison était propre, il n’y a rien à dire le ménage avait été fait correctement. La piscine était chauffée comme prévu. Nous avons l’habitude de venir à Lanzarote depuis une dizaine d’années et il est sûr que je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement. Preuve de mon commentaire avec les photos suivantes, même si le propriétaire nous a remplacé les tasses et réparés au niveau de la robinetterie de la douche à 1700 € la semaine je pense qu’il aurait pu faire toutes ses interventions avant notre arrivée

  We had an amazing stay and would happily book this villa again. The pool was by far the best we've had on any of our trips to Lanzarote. It gets the sun all day, so it was perfect for spending long days outside. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were an absolute lifesaver and kept the villa cool and comfortable, even during the hottest part of the day. The location is fantastic. It's quiet and peaceful while still being close to everything you need. Although it's not completely private, it's about as private as you'll find in this area and we never felt overlooked. The beds were really comfortable and having two showers was ideal for our family, making mornings and evenings so much easier. The outdoor space is exceptional, especially for the location. There is plenty of room to relax, eat outside and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, this is one of the best villas we've stayed in during our visits to Lanzarote. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

  Fantastic, would book again

  Perfect villa for us. There were 6 in our group and it was spot on. Very clean, air conditioned, great size pool. The owners are excellent. Respond straight away with any queries. The day the air con had a fault they had someone out straight away to fix it. Very accommodating on our final day. Great location for the marina, 15 minute walk away. 25 mins down to the nearest beach. Supermarket less than ten minutes walk. I would highly recommend.

  Lovely nice clean villa with nice pool and outside area. Just needed to sort out aircon and third room.

  It was nice and clean, good location to the marina. Had all the utilities needed.

  The room we used as the 3rd room with a pull out bed was a room with windows all around it felt like a greenhouse got very hot and had no blackout curtains. The aircon in another room was very poor so felt hot at night.
