The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected at our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.     Grundsätzlich zufrieden. Der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt. Vor allem mit der Tischtennisplatte hatten wir unseren Spaß. Die Lage ist auch super, jedoch muss man wissen dass fußläufig nichts wirklich unter 20 Minuten erreichbar ist.

    Das Poolwasser ist leider extrem chlorhaltig, sodass teilweise die Augen anschließend gebrannt haven. Ebenso ist das Leistungswasser und auch Duschwasser sehr salzig bzw. nicht trinkbar. Die Küche ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, jedoch waren viele Gläser und Utensilien einfach nicht sauber, sodass vor Benutzung erstmal gespült werden musste. Abends Achtung vor Mücken!!

    Eine tolle Finca!

    Eine wunderschöne Finca mitten im Land. Wir waren sofort verliebt und wären am liebsten eingezogen. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt. Der Außenbereich lädt zum erholen ein. Im Haus ist viel Platz. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Bäder waren auf den neusten Stand. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Es kann besonders im Frühjahr sein, dass es im Haus etwas kühler und feucht ist, was aber durch die Heizung schnell erledigt ist :) Handtücher waren vorhanden, sowie etwas Toilettenpapier. Alles andere kann man im Supermarkt besorgen. Wir haben unsere Gewürze, Öl, Kohle, Feuerzeug etc. da gelassen und hoffen, dass weitere Gäste es nutzen. :) Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort! Wir würden die Finca aufjedenfall wieder buchen :)

    Die Einfahrt zur Finca ist wirklich sehr eng! Zum Glück hatten wir einen tollen Fahrer, der damit kein Problem hatte. Wir haben Tischtennis gespielt und die Schläger waren leider etwas in die Jahre geratten. Nicht schlimm! Aber ein Austausch wäre angemessen :D
