Location.
Having to pay extra to use spa , having ti pay extra to do washing, having to pay extra for basics like milk and water. Not being able to stay after check out by the shaded area.

Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
The hotel manager was extremely helpful and welcoming and always there to assist with any queries about getting around and places to go.
Room was comfortable and spacious and pool was clean and nice area to sit.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aura in Dubrovnik and would definitely recommend it. The hostess was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She was always available when we had a question and gave us great tips and recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and getting around Dubrovnik. Her hospitality really made our stay extra special. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. It was cleaned every day, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The swimming pool was also a lovely place to relax after exploring the city. The location was great for us. The old town is easily accessible by bus, and the bus stop is nearby. It was very convenient and also nice to stay in a quieter area away from the busy old town. We would like to thank the whole family and staff for their kindness and hospitality. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Aura. We would happily stay here again when visiting Dubrovnik!

We had a great stay at Villa Aura, where we were able to relax and enjoy the city around us.
The room was very clean and well equipped. The room was also cleaned everyday when we were out. The swimming pool was great during the day when it was too hot to do much. Staff and hotel manager were all very nice and helpful.
