    Tranquillità appena fuori dal centro

    La posizione leggermente fuori dal centro in una strada praticamente senza altre abitazioni rende il luogo silenzioso; per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi bastano al massimo 10 minuti. Ampio parcheggio interno , camera da letto molto spaziosa, stanza cucina con zona pranzo e divano adatta più ad una coppia che ad una famiglia, bagno delle giuste dimensioni completo di lavatrice, senza finestra ed aspirazione, dotato di ventilatore che ho trovato molto utile in questa situazione. Ampio patio esterno con tavola per cene all'aperto. Per fare acquisti o prelevare cibo da asporto comunque più agevole prendere l'auto , comunque basta organizzarsi!

    Pareti tra le due unità abitative sottili, se gli altri inquilini son rumorosi (soprattutto in orari di riposo) può diventare fastidioso.

    Climatizzatore presente in ogni stanza, cortesia del proprietario e disponibilità, ampio parcheggio

    Stradina per raggiungerlo un po' dissestata ma percorribile
