The house locations and surroundings are absolutely perfect.

The house location, premises and surroundings are absolutely perfect. Close to the old town of Alcudia.

The house is in need of an overall refresh. Dirty spa and pool at take over, but was fixed asap upon request. Kitchen utility tools were old and dirty. Basement/gym was dirty and does not look like in the pictures.

    Very good

The property and grounds were spacious, the pool was a great depth up to 2m and a good size, plenty of outdoor seating and lounging areas in and out of the sun. The pool, hot tub, and table tennis were a great hit with the adult family. Area was lovely and quiet, and views of the mountains were lovely, a great setting a 15 min walk to the old town of Alcudia

The chalet was a great extra space. It seemed that it hadn't been used in a while, and it needed airing. A few of the tiles were loose in the pool.
