Nice old villa
The staff are super friendly. The location is great and quiet. The view from the terrace to the sea and mount Vesuvius are really nice.
The room I got didn't look like what I booked online. Usually that's not the case so it was a bit disappointing. The actual room I selected and consciously paid a bit extra for wasn't available when I checked in and asked if I could change the room

Nincs tisztaság, koszos ágynemű, évek óta belül sem volt felújítva, karbantartva az épület.
Mivel saját autóval érkeztünk, nekünk a saját belső udvari parkoló tetszett, amiért elvileg napi 10 €-t kellett volna fizetni. Nincs messze a parttól, kikötőtől, tömegközlekedés is könnyen elérhető gyalog. De hát nem maradtunk itt végül. Ld. másik kommentem.
Sajnos higiéniai problémák miatt nem tudunk maradni. Koszos volt az ágynemű és a fürdőszoba is. A klíma vezérlője a recepciós kezében esett szét. Ugyan átadtuk a pénzt a 3. emeleti recepción, de azonnal vissza is kértük, amint lekísért minket a 2. emeleti szobába, sajnos perceken belül feltűnt, hogy igénytelen volt a takarítás, ha egyáltalán volt. A falakról hullik a vakolat, a sarkok hiányoztak, leverve, nincs kijavítva. Láthatóan évek óta nem költenek a karbantartásra, de ezzel még nem is lett volna baj, ha legalább tisztaság lett volna.

Vista mozzafiato
Location comodissima, vicino a ristoranti, bar e scavi di Ercolano. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile; camera spaziosa e molto comoda. La vista: si può vedere sia il mare che il Vesuvio!
