  Lovely villa, we would love to stay again if we return to Vilamoura.

  The outdoor kitchen is amazing. The property is well equipped, clean, modern and in excellent condition.

  A second set of keys or access to the key safe would have been useful for us due to travelling with teenage children. There are no plug sockets or lamps next to the bed in the master bedroom. Only a small point but would have added to our experience.

  Never ever again. Algarve and this owners are TOTALLY OFF MY LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  After renting with booking for decades in all parts of the world I totally not recommend this place. The welcome assistant was disrespectful. The decoration is dreadful. The paintings and other elements pretending to reflect the local art, spirit and culture are of an awful taste.

  From the outset, the behaviour of assistant was inappropriate and unprofessional, with unsolicited commentary on our family name, her personal views in a manner that was neither relevant nor welcome. In addition, she engaged in unnecessary and inappropriate small talk regarding our family name, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Her attitude became particularly unacceptable when we informed her that our arrival would be delayed. Rather than responding with professionalism or understanding, she appeared visibly stressed and irritated, repeatedly stating that she had other appointments and that it was “peak season”. Such remarks were improper and conveyed annoyance rather than courtesy or hospitality. On the 3r night we had a dinner with 12 teen age boys; later joined by young ladies. The celebration lasted until 2 am and two adults > 50 years were present all the time. Yes, i admit noise but other villas were doing the same. WHY NOT CALL THE POLICE, THEN? THIS IS THE Algarve and summer season. Don't come to our country if you don't know the Mediterranean culture. I was asked 2500 Euros for additional cleaning and chair (broken already) !!!!!!!! Most seriously, I was treated in a manner that I consider wholly unacceptable by the hosting staff, to the point of feeling threatened and effectively expelled. The assistant entered the villa on the 3rd day without any prior notice, went into the children’s dormitory, and shouted that we had to leave immediately. This conduct was deeply inappropriate, intimidating, and entirely contrary to the standards one would expect in any professional hospitality setting. Throughout the situation, her behaviour remained hostile and disrespectful. This experience caused considerable distress and left us feeling mistreated rather than welcomed guests.
